Terms of Service
Last updated: September 19, 2026
These terms govern your use of BrendFlow, a tool for connecting, drafting, scheduling, and publishing posts to your own social media accounts. By creating an account you agree to them. BrendFlow is currently operated as an independent product without a separate registered corporate entity; “we” below refers to that operator, reachable at the contact address at the end of this page.
What you may use BrendFlow for
BrendFlow lets you connect social media accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and publish content to them on your own behalf. You are responsible for the content you create, schedule, and publish through the service, and for having the rights to any media you upload.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for the actions of anyone you invite into your workspace.
- You may connect and disconnect social accounts at any time. Disconnecting revokes BrendFlow’s access token for that account immediately.
Connected platforms
When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account, you also agree to Meta’s own terms for that platform. BrendFlow acts on your behalf using the permissions you grant during that connection, and only for the actions you take inside the app — publishing a post you wrote, or reading analytics for an account you connected.
Plans and limits
Your workspace is subscribed to a plan that sets limits on connected accounts, monthly posts, team members, and storage. Exceeding a limit blocks the specific action that would cross it, rather than deleting anything you have already created. Plan changes are handled by the platform administrator.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use BrendFlow to:
- Publish content that violates the terms of the platform you are publishing to (Meta, or otherwise).
- Connect an account you are not authorized to manage.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Termination
You may stop using BrendFlow and request deletion of your workspace at any time — see our Data Deletion page. We may suspend an account that violates these terms or the terms of a connected platform.
No warranty, limitation of liability
BrendFlow is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for actions taken by Meta or other third-party platforms against your connected accounts (rate limits, permission changes, or account restrictions imposed by that platform).
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
