Data Deletion
Last updated: September 19, 2026
You are in control of the data BrendFlow holds about you and your connected social accounts. This page explains how to remove it, at whatever level you need.
Disconnect a single social account
Open Platforms inside BrendFlow and disconnect any Facebook Page or Instagram account. This deletes that account’s access token immediately — BrendFlow can no longer read from or publish to it. You can also remove BrendFlow’s access directly from your Facebook or Instagram settings at any time; either way revokes access on both ends.
Delete your whole account and workspace
To have your account, your workspace, and everything stored for it — connected accounts, posts, uploaded media, and team membership — permanently deleted, email info@brendflow.com from the address on your account and ask for it to be deleted. We will confirm back to you once it is done, normally within a few business days.
What gets deleted
A full account deletion removes your login, your workspace’s connected account tokens, uploaded media, posts, and campaigns. Data already sent to a connected platform through a post you published (the post itself, on Facebook or Instagram) is not affected — that is controlled by your account on that platform, not by BrendFlow.
